The 3-Day Guarantee is a government initiative (effective January 2026) designed to ensure all children can access at least three days (up to 72 hours per fortnight) of subsidised early childhood education. This applies regardless of a parent's work or study activity levels, making quality care more affordable and accessible for every family.

We believe in a "connection-first" approach. Our educators work closely with families to develop a personalised settling plan. This often includes shorter "orientation stays," the use of comfort items from home, and a consistent primary educator who focuses on building a secure bond with your child during those first few weeks.

To make things as simple as possible for families, our daily fee is all-inclusive. This covers:

• Nutritious daily meals prepared fresh
• Safe, clean and thoughtfully designed environments
• Purposeful learning activities and play-based programs

We prioritise transparent, real-time communication. Through our parent app, you will receive daily updates on your child’s routine (sleep, meals, and play), as well as "Learning Stories" that document their developmental milestones and creative achievements. We also hold regular parent-educator meetings to discuss your child’s progress in depth.
